This is the professional business pathway shielded by private contract.We operate on a unique "Paid Training" exchange:

  • Standard Path ($0.00): Free entry. Manual verification. Standard cash-out times.

  • Priority Path ($5.00 Liquidity Hold): Encouraged. Adds funds to UNMOS Operations. Grants Instant Verification and Priority Cash-Outs.

11.2 THE EDUCATION (CALIBRATION)

Before earning, every Advocate must graduate from the Universal Mastery Strategy (UMS) Academy. This ensures every Independent Partner is ethical, compliant, and fully equipped to represent the vision.

11.3 THE ECONOMICS

We utilize a compliant Variable Commission Structure.

  • Philosophy: You do not need to "buy" your success. The system is designed for Organic Growth—allowing you to earn your upgrades through performance.

11.4 THE SUSTAINABILITY (THE SEED PROTOCOL)

To ensure longevity, the University utilizes a Seed Phase-Down Structure. A percentage of commissions is automatically reinvested ("Seeded") to help the member upgrade to the next Tier without reaching into their own pocket. This creates an infinite loop of support and upward mobility.
